Email and Microsoft Office communication in Office Community

  Open Office is an award winning Open Source productivity suite. It is used in big corporations, public authorities and international institutions around the world. Open Office offers great benefits over traditional office applications like Office, Lotus Domino and Outlook. However, there are limitations of Open Office and we will discuss those here. There is very limited file sharing feature - You can read email in Open Office but not in any other application. This is because the mail functionality is built in to the application so you cannot add any third party applications to it. Also, since email is synchronized between Outlook and Open Office you can read your email in Outlook and send it to the application for editing in Open Office. Auto-saving of email in offline folder - There is no auto-saving feature in Outlook. When you save an email in Outlook it will be stored into the default email account and not in the in-box folder of your user profile. Hence, any changes to the emai
